SESSION DESCRIPTION:
The CORE Series™ isn’t a one-off workshop or another PD that fades by Friday.
It’s a 5-session, schoolwide journey where Lana becomes embedded in your culture — walking alongside your staff, modeling SEL in real time, and supporting your team every step of the way.
Across five intentional, high-impact sessions, your school will:
-
Build a foundation of adult wellness and emotionally intelligent leadership
-
Learn practical, sustainable SEL routines that strengthen daily classroom practice
-
Create a shared, aligned schoolwide SEL approach across grade levels and teams
Each session builds on the last, ensuring SEL is not just introduced — it’s lived, practiced, and fully integrated throughout your campus.
By the end, teachers feel supported, students feel more regulated, and your school has a clear, cohesive roadmap for long-term culture change.
Why This Work Matters
Everywhere you look, students are struggling. Anxiety is rising, depression is growing, and behavior challenges are at an all-time high.
And we can’t just stand on the sidelines and wish things were different. Schools need real, sustainable solutions — and that’s where SEL makes a measurable difference.
SEL has been proven to reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen belonging — and adults feel the benefits too.
The problem? Most schools don’t have a clear, unified way to implement SEL. Leaders get scattered PDs and disconnected strategies with no roadmap for lasting change.
But meaningful improvement requires a cohesive framework — one that prioritizes adult well-being, provides consistent classroom strategies, and aligns schoolwide systems around a shared approach.
That’s exactly what the CORE Series™ provides: a step-by-step SEL process where strategies build on each other — from adults to classrooms to the entire campus — creating calm, connection, and long-term culture change.

How the CORE Series™ Works
A guided, schoolwide SEL journey designed to support your staff, strengthen classrooms, and transform culture from the inside out.
Inside Your 5-Session CORE Series™

Roadmap Call
(30 min)
We begin with a strategic connection call to understand your staff’s strengths, challenges, and school culture. This ensures every session is intentionally designed for your community — no generic PD, no guessing. Your school’s real needs shape the work from day one.
Outcome: A customized plan built around your school’s reality.
Five Training Sessions
Each session blends real-world SEL practice with mindfulness and leadership strategies that make an immediate difference. We begin with Adult SEL, move into practical Classroom strategies, and finish with schoolwide implementation — creating alignment and consistency across your entire campus. Sessions build on each other, giving your team tools they can use the very next day.
Outcome: Staff who feel confident, equipped, and aligned in their approach to SEL.

Between Session Connection
Your experience is all-inclusive. Prep work, resources, travel, and ongoing support between sessions are all taken care of — so you can focus on your people. You’ll receive guidance, check-ins, and resources that keep momentum strong between visits, ensuring the CORE Series™ becomes part of your school’s culture.
Outcome: Lasting change and sustained support—not a one-off training.

FAQ'S
1️⃣ What types of schools or districts do you work with?
I partner with schools and districts of all sizes—urban, suburban, and rural—who are ready to make Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) part of their culture, not just another initiative. Whether you’re just beginning your SEL journey or deepening the work you’ve already started, I tailor each partnership to fit your unique goals and community.
⸻
2️⃣ What makes your approach to SEL different?
My approach begins with adult SEL—because lasting change starts from the inside out. When educators and leaders have the tools to manage stress, model emotional intelligence, and build meaningful connection, the ripple effect transforms classrooms and school culture. It’s not another program—it’s a sustainable way of leading and living.
⸻
3️⃣ Is the training in person or online?
The SEL Core Series is offered in a hybrid model—two sessions are in person, and three are delivered virtually.
This approach gives schools the personal connection and energy of live training, paired with the flexibility and consistency of online learning. It’s the best of both worlds—practical, sustainable, and easy to implement without overwhelming your staff.
⸻

4️⃣ How do I get started working with you?
It’s simple—start by booking a discovery call. We’ll discuss your current challenges, your goals, and what kind of partnership will have the biggest impact.
⸻
5️⃣ What kind of results can we expect?
In post-series surveys, schools consistently report:
✅ Decreased educator burnout
✅ Improved school climate and morale
✅ Increased positive student outcomes
Over 90% of participants say they’d recommend the training to colleagues—because it doesn’t just make educators feel better, it helps schools work better.
